Question:

Is it possible to combine two pst files into just one?  If so, please explain the procedure for Outlook 2003.

Select one of the PST file as the default PST file. Open up the PST in Outlook.  Then import the other PST file into Outlook. Go to File > Import and follow the prompts to import a PST file.
