Excel report font changes when printed from thin client

Question:

Windows 2003, Terminal Services, Thin Client(neoware), Excel 2003, VB.net
I have a VB.Net application installed on a server and the users access it by thin clients via terminal services
Excel reports are created in the application using late binding and printed on the thin client default printer

1. Thin Client user profiles were removed from server (for reasons not related to this issue)
2. New user profiles were created
3. Default printer was set for each user profile

ISSUE: When an Excel report is generated in the application and sent to the printer the font is enlarged and the last column of the report prints on an extra page.
If I run the application directly  from the server (logged in as administrator) then the report sent to the printer is good

Solution:

Make sure the server has the X64 and X86 drivers available for that printer. I’ve seen this happen when a 64 bit server has drivers and a 32 bit machine tries to print through it.
1. Printer Properties
2. Sharing
3. Additional Drivers
