Question:

I am trying to customize a data view web part with Sharepoint Designer 2007. I was able to get the dvwp to display items greater than or equal to current date, but it will not show more than one recurring item and it wont display items with all day events set to yes for the current date.

Is there a way to get the data view web part to display more than one recurring item and display all day events also?

I tried modifying the filters where if the all day or recurring event is set to not null and it still would not display the item.

I also tried modifying the filter where the recurring event is set to yes and still no luck.

Solution:

I had a customer who had the same problem, and where the solution was to have the view created with a “Standard View, with Expanded Recurring Events” instead of just the normal “Standard view”.
