Question:

We have an exchange 2000 server set up. When a user tries to access OWA either internally or externally, they get an  http 500 internal server error. This just started today after running with no problems yesterday.

Solution:

Is anything written to your server’s Event Logs (any of them) when you try to use OWA, and get this error?
