Question:

Using Acc2007 – when I link to my outlook 2007 contacts it doesn’t return all the fields. I need to see the category field. I want to create labels for Holiday Cards.

Solution:

When using the Outlook linking wizard you don’t get access to all the contact fields. Outlook uses internal naming which is different to what is exported.

If you’ve imported all available fields and it’s not there, then you’ll need to try doing it with code.
