Prepaid wireless internet
Question:
I’m about to purchase a Blackjack or similar phone, unlocked, on ebay. There is no customer service when you do it this way, so I’m asking the experts here. I will put a T-Mobile prepaid sim card in the phone to make phone calls and ActiveSync my email. But I would like to access the internet on the phone.
1. Is there a prepaid service or card that lets me access the internet with the Blackjack? (the T-mobile talk+text+more is a monthly service plan that you get a bill for. Albeit no contract, it is not exactly prepaid and it’s not what I want)
2. If so, will I be able to insert the internet access card at the same time as my prepaid T-Mobile card for voice, or must they be used one at a time?
3.Can I use the internet on the Blackjack without any card when I am in a hotspot?
4. If not, is there a cell phone that gives me the ability to use the internet when in a hotspot, and also has Windows Mobile and ActiveSync?
Thank you.
Solution:
Yes You have to.
Most of the GSM based cell phones (I guess 98%) can only have one sim card.
