Please Assist
I’ve been working at re-establishing a server farm and have managed to get some things done.  However I’ve come to a little bit of a road block and hoping that you can help me.  When I navigate to “New Shared Services Provider” I can’t see the web application drop down list.  Does that mean I don’t have web applications loaded??  So anyway, any assistance to get things going again would be great !!!

Solution:

Hello again :O) This just means you don’t have an existing web app in which to create the SSP. So you just need to click the “Create a new web application” link just below that.
