Should I be concerned with %systemroot%\system32\AESTFltr.exe/NODlg in msconfig startup?

Question:

I’m seeing this in System Configuration Utility start up menu. When I uncheck it and reboot, it boots up checked again. Should I be concerned with this? Just doesn’t look right and there’s not much on the web about it.

Solution:

Hi, here you go:

PC Pitstop Analysis

According to andreaelectronics:
