Does VSPAN collect all traffic in the VLAN or just traffic destined for the switch with the destination port?

if I use the command “set span 95,96 4/30″ does all traffic in vlans 95 and 96 on all switches that have those vlans get mirrored to port 4/30?
Or does only the local switch traffic in vlan 95 and 96 on the switch with destiantion port 4/30 get mirrored to port 5/48?
