Question:
i’m helping someone with their netbook running windows7 starter and the spinnnig thing by the cursor won’t stop spinning. any ideas on how to stop it?
Solution:
Hit ctrl + Alt + del ( task manager ) and end all open applications or you can simply restart your computer.
