Terminal Services Printing Problem

Question:

Ladies and Gents,

From one day to the next one of my remote offices has developed a peculiar problem. Yesterday my people were able to print anything and everything through their Terminal Service session and today nothing will print from any application. For example if you open outlook and right click on a message and select “print” after a few minutes you get the “Not Responding” message from the application and now you have to end task in order to free up the computer. This is the same for all Microsoft office applications as well as any other app (ex. Adobe, Yardi, etc)

I am able to go to the printer directly and print a test page with no issues and the redirected printer shows online and ready. Obviously locally outside the Terminal Service session i can print anything and everything, the problem arises as soon as you connect. I have multiple other remote locations and this is the only location experiencing this problem, all other can print accordingly. This particular location has 3 users all three affected and they run over a business class DSL which does not seem to be having any issue. There have been no changes made to security or access permissions. I am stumped. hopefully you guys can see something I am missing. Thank you.

Solution:

unfortunately this one will go on as a freak problem, just as fast as it started it is now ceased to happen. I made no further changes, was just researching and from one day to the next it started working. I will continue to research however t is up and running now. Thanks all for all the help.
