Windows 7 ADUC RSAT Missing Dial-In Tab

Question:
Using Remote Server Admin Tools (RSAT) on Windows 7, the Dial-in tab is missing from ADUC (active directory users and computers). Any suggestions? I recall this was also missing from ADUC on Wndows Vista and Windows Server 2008.
Poking around the internet I see some articles about .dll files to add, but is this the fix?
Solution:
There is no “fix” unfortunately as Microsoft do not consider it to be broken – it seems that the tab was excluded intentionally.
